This policy covers PrintKit installed from the Shopify App Store, where your subscription is billed through Shopify. PrintKit is operated by Big Chato's Apparel LLC, Reva, Virginia, USA.
Your subscription is charged and collected by Shopify and appears on your regular Shopify invoice. Big Chato's Apparel LLC never receives, holds, or stores your card or payment details.
| Plan | First builder | Each additional builder |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $19 / month | +$12 / month |
| Annual | $190 / year | +$120 / year |
Prices are in USD. Your subscription is exactly the builders you have selected; adding or removing one changes the price from that point, and Shopify prorates the current cycle.
A new PrintKit subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, so if you cancel before it ends you are never billed.
The trial is available once per store. If your store has already used it — you cancelled and came back later, or uninstalled and reinstalled — a new subscription begins billing immediately, with no second trial. You can always tell which applies before you commit: the button on Plan & billing reads "Start 14-day free trial" only when a trial is actually available to you, and "Subscribe" when it is not.
You can cancel at any time inside the app: Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling PrintKit also ends your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. Your builders stop serving on your storefront right away, and we ask Shopify to prorate the cancellation, so Shopify credits the unused part of the billing period you have already paid for. That credit is issued and applied by Shopify to your account, not paid out by us.
The 14-day free trial exists so you can try PrintKit properly before you pay anything. For that reason, once a billing period has been charged, subscription fees are not refundable, beyond the prorated credit Shopify issues when you cancel, as described above.
Refund decisions for app charges are made by Big Chato's Apparel LLC, not by Shopify, and Shopify does not guarantee refunds for third-party app charges.
That said — if something went wrong, tell us. If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or the app did not work for your store, we would rather put it right than have you keep a charge that should not have happened. Where a refund is the right answer, we issue it through Shopify, since that is where the charge was made.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable law.
Tell us your store domain and what you were charged, and we will help.
